30 Day Risk Free Trial
The Connected Data Risk Free Trial allows the end user to purchase and implement Transporter business products in their live environment up to 30 days risk free. Purchase a Transporter and if the Transporter does not work as intended, return the product with no strings attached by requesting a return prior to the 30th calendar day from date of purchase.
Once the product is shipped our Technical Support staff will contact you to schedule the walk through. Participation in the product walk through with our technical staff is a requirement for the Risk Free Trial program. Your sales rep will also reach out to you on occasion to check in and see how things are going. We also require that if at any time you are experiencing any technical or usage difficulties during the Risk Free Trial that you reach out to our technical team to rectify the situation prior to return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must include the original packaging and accessories. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, it can take up to 10 days for your item to be received.
